Life sentences
Tue Apr 29, 2008 8:09 pm by steve
Todays report in the Yorkshire Evening Post tells us that lawyers representing David Bieber believe his 'whole of life' sentence infringes his human rights. Poor David had the misfortune to shoot at three police officers, wounding two and killing the other as he begged for his life. The fact he was trying to escape from them because he was guilty of another life sentence inducing crime probably confused his thinking. I am sure that after the few years he has served he is already a better person, possibly even a convert to true Christianity. If released early he will be a credit to society, work endlessly helping the needy, and generally being a good egg. Of course he bloody well will!! Any opinions??
