Yes folks, another new version of Banter, Howard2 Exiles, Channel 99 etc, etc, etc .... Very Happy

It can’t have escaped your notice that the board is continuing to be used less and less. I apologise to members for the lack of activity and our efforts to attract new members are pretty much hitting a brick wall. Jumping out from eAmped when it closed suddenly to this Forumotion site seemed like a pretty good offer at the time but I’ve since learned that we don’t have a good ranking on Google and other search engines; in addition, the Banter title is prolific on the net and it’s probably hard for any passing surfers that may be interested to hit on us.

I appreciate those of you who have stayed with the board in its various guises throughout the past three years continuing to post here, but I feel that I am not returning your loyalty if I don’t try my best to promote the message board to bring new members in. The board is not going to attract new members if we can’t be found and rather than see that happen I would like to try and see if we can attract interest with a new site. This doesn’t mean that Banter will close; the new site is more of an experiment to see if our net search ratings can be improved and thereby attract new members. You can continue to post to Banter by all means or use both boards if you so wish.

The new message board takes on yet another metamorphosis, I’ve Christened it Alex (non gender specific Very Happy

) I will be posting links to it across the net and hopefully, we may see some new members.
